Members all receive a comprehensive wellness evaluation and a series of screening tests that are part of your preventive program. Follow-up visits are handled as they were in the past by the patient's insurance.

The key issues that are most important to patients are:

• Direct care from their private physician.
• Convenient, unhurried appointments that start on time.
• Advocacy-help with the complexities of specialist referrals and diagnostics.
• Focus on prevention and keeping the patients as healthy as possible.

The CCP program addresses these issues simply by providing ample time. Members are given a separate phone number to schedule appointments and to reach you and your staff during regular office hours; and they are given your cell phone number to be able to reach you in case of emergencies. A portion of your practice time is dedicated to program members. Appointments are often available same day or next day. Physicals are scheduled for one hour or more.
